Loan Conditions Happy House
5 % interest per year ago
0 % interest for the past 5 years
Term – 25 years
The maximum amount – Up to 50 million lek
Value of financing – up to 80 % of the investment value
Interest rates on loans for house
Offer – Interest rate will be 5 % to 0 % ot 12.31.2014 and the last 5 years

Customer preference :
– 5 % until 12/31/2014 , then it will be 1 -year Treasury Bills + 1.5 % .
– 0 % interest for the past 5 years

Salary Client the NCB :
5 % until 31/12/2014 , then it will be 1 -year Treasury Bills + 1.7 % .
0 % interest for the past 5 years

Salary client in any bank :
– 5 % until 12/31/2014 , then it will be 1 -year Treasury Bills + 1.8 % .
– 0 % interest for the past 5 years

client Standard
– 5 % until 12/31/2014 , then it will be 1 -year Treasury Bills + 2.5 % .
– 0 % interest for the past 5 years
* The above offer will be for a maturity of 25 years . For other credit terms , interest rate after the first year interest rate of 5 % would be different from the above offer .

1.Dokument identification ( ID card copy for the client and guarantor )

2. Family Certificate ( original ) for the borrower and guarantor

3. Clean Court certificate verification  and from Prosecution

4. Salary draft ( original ) and bank account balance for the last 6 months .

If the income is from wages , see below for documentation
necessary :
For self – employed persons or natural persons licensed as :

NRC extract ( Issued by the National Bureau of the Census ) .
License Certificate from the Tax Office .
Certificate from the Tax Office to determine where the client has paid all taxes .
Certificate from the Office of Tax on the income statement
For owners ( or co – owners ) of a company :

The decision of the Court of registration as a legal entity .
License from the Office of Tax
Constitutive Act and the Charter of the Company
Statement from the Tax Office confirming that the company has settled all liabilities ( original ) .
Certification by the Office of Enforcement
Balance initialed by the Office of Tax
For owners of real estate ( rental income ) :

Certificate / Certificate of Ownership
Contract of Lease
8 . Proof of origin of the property offered as collateral

7 . Certificate / Certificate of Ownership , cards and maps of collateral offered

9 . Purchase contract , agreement or custom Venture Contract ( as applicable) certified .
